1) Customer is responsible for providing i-Tel with a valid credit card or bank account information at all times with sufficient credit or funds available to cover phone charges.

2) Customer is responsible for providing i-Tel with his or her accurate registration information (such as customer name, address, telephone number and valid credit card or bank information).

3) Customer is responsible for keeping registration information updated with i-Tel.

4) i-Tel is not responsible for temporary service unavailability, but i-Tel will attempt to solve the problem within a reasonable amount of time and restore service to its customers.

5) i-Tel has the right to disconnect the service if payment is not made on time.

6) Customer has 30 days after receiving an invoice to dispute any charge. All such disputes must be submitted via mail or fax to i-Tel.

7) Customer is responsible for any usage fees associated with calls using PIN and/or callback authorized to the customer.

8) US customers paying with Automatic Bank Transfer are responsible for a penalty fee if the transfer fails. Such penalty will automatically be billed to the customer.

9) Customer is responsible for reporting a stolen PIN to i-Tel immediately. Until i-Tel is notified, the customer remains responsible for unauthorized use.
