is my credit limit? |

Your
credit limit is the maximum amount that can be used in a particular
billing period. It is fixed according to your payment method and payment
history. It is unlikely that you will ever reach this limit, but if
you do the service will be temporarily disabled. If this happen you
will usually be able to contact i-Tel
and get the limit raised. |

can I pay for the i-Tel service? |

are 3 payment methods available |

The
way to apply varies with the payment method you choose. For credit
card applicants you can simply submit the application over the internet.
For automatic bank debit and bank transfer you need to download the
PDF application form and mail it to us. |

When
do I pay for the service? |

Usage
is calculated from the first to the last day of the month. This amount
is then billed as follows: |

Credit Cards: the amount is billed to your card in the first few days
of the month after the month of usage. Your card is always billed
AFTER you use the service. |

2.
Automatic bank debit: |

-- after receiving your invoice around the 12th of the month following
usage your bank or post office account is debited on the 27th of the
month or the next business day. i.e. April 27, charge is for usage
in March |

3.
Bank transfer: you receive an invoice around the 12th of the month
following usage and we require that you make a payment by the 25th
of that month. |
